Our team has the cutting edge expertise, and they work hard to create a positive and fun environment in which you can feel comfortable-even confident-about pushing yourself to improve. All of our trainers have to pass an FBI background check and have no criminal record to work for us.

[Lisa Charest-P.T., I.M.T.C.]
Owner/Founder of Summit Health NH LLC. Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from University of New England, with specialty Certification in Integrative Manual Therapy™. Lisa has 19 years experience with sports related injuries and a focus on biomechanics performance. her Advanced Manual Therapy skills expedite athlete recovery as well as optimize body performance. She has worked with professional semi-professional, college, high school and youth athletes in all sports.

[Mike Desilets]
Mike is a 1992 graduate of Berlin High School and a 1996 graduate of the University of New England in Biddeford, Maine. While at UNE he double majored in Sports and Fitness Management and Business Administration. His main focus was a certificate program in Athletic Training, which presented him with a 1996 internship with the Portland Pirates of the American Hockey League. Mike's passion for hockey began at a young age growing up in Berlin that took him through 4 years of Varsity Hockey at Berlin High. An ACL injury sidetracked his playing career just before an inaugural season with the Granite State Stars Junior Hockey club. Since college, Mike has spent many years working as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist and an Athletic Trainer at various high schools in Maine and New Hampshire, including Pinkerton Academy in Derry, NH. He is currently a Health Teacher at Pembroke Academy, where he used to coach the Varsity Hockey team as well. Mike has been leading our Athletic Republic hockey program since our opening in July of 2009.

[Chris Morgan]
Chris Morgan is a 2006
graduate of Goffstown High School. While there he enjoyed success as a
soccer goalie, place kicker, and track athlete both indoors and out.
His senior year he received Athlete of the Year honors as well as
placing 12th in the javelin throw at Nike Outdoor Nationals. After High
School Chris attended the University of New Hampshire where
he competed for the track team all four years and played football for
one. He competed at Track and Field Junior Nationals his first two years and completed
college with a collegiate javelin personal best of 61.14 meters. In addition he
spent 2 years as an assistant women’s soccer coach and sports marketing
intern. During the summer Chris also coaches at various soccer camps
in the region including World Cup Soccer Camps, UNH Soccer camp, and The
Soccer Camp at Colby College. He graduated from UNH in May of 2010
with a degree in Sport Studies and a minor in Business.

[Ian MacDonald]
Ian MacDonald, Doctorate of Physical Therapy
Ian offers sports rehabilitation services and as the newest member of
our outpatient rehabilitation clinics, his focus is on Sports Physical
Therapy. The technology used is based on 25 years of exercise science
and has been proven as an effective and elite sports training tool for
more than 500,000 athletes in the USA and internationally. Ian is available to evaluate and treat your athletes who have
recurring strains, acute trauma, and recent surgery. He will work
closely with a physician’s protocol and provide qualitative and
quantitative data on progress and return to sports preparedness. This
facility will perfectly compliment those physician’s who seek additional
data before placing an athlete back on the field. When rehabilitation
is complete, the athlete can transition seamlessly to the expert
trainers who can raise the athlete performance level to 110% of where

[Justin Wilk]
Justin is a 2001 graduate of ConVal High School in Peterborogh, NH. Justin was a three sport athlete competing in golf, hockey, lacrosse. After graduation, Justin studied physical education at Keene State College graduating with an education degree in 2006. While at Keene, Justin focused on strength and conditioning as well as exercise physiology. He currently is pursuing a Master's degree in Performance Enhancement and Injury Prevention at California University in Pennsylvania. He has had stints as a high school varsity coach of both hockey and lacrosse.
He currently teaches physical education at Pembroke Academy. Justin has been on the staff at AR since 2009 and is Level AIMS certified.
[Ross Mondello]
Ross is a 2003 graduate of New England College in Henniker, NH. While at NEC he majored in elementary education with a concentration in psychology. At New England College, Ross was a three year starter on the men's lacrosse team. He won two Commonwealth Coast conference championships and made the NCAA tournament twice. Ross scored over 100 career points, was the team MVP his senior year, and was selected as an All-Conference player.
After graduating, Ross became an assistant coach of lacrosse at NEW for four years. Ross then went on to coach at Pembroke Academy. He is currently the varsity lacrosse coach at Bow High School. Last season he coached 1 All-American, 6 All-State, and 1 senior All-Star players. Ross is in his first year at AR and is Level 1 AIMS certified.
